Balay da Blas Pension House is well situated in the heart of Laoag City. It is only two kilometers away from the Museo Ilocos Norte, which showcases the cultural heritage of the Ilocanos and the different ethnic tribes of Ilocos Norte.
It is also near such sites as the St. Williams Cathedral, known for its Italian Renaissance design and its Sinking Bell Tower as well as other historical sites of Laoag City.
